The hotel was clean but small; having a window helped. The sleeping pads were fully adequate. The receptionist supplied a heater to remedy the small room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making it a lovely place to stay again. The location was excellent, right across the street from the Haymarket Tram/Bus stop, making it convenient for transportation. The dining experience was average and could use improvement. The facilities were sufficient for a short stay.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The room, despite being a double, was not as cozy as expected with noisy washing machines nearby in the morning, and the cold room made worse by a heater I couldn't get to work. The facility only providing 1 bath towel for 2 adults felt quite stingy. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lack of towels was also frustrating. On the bright side, the staff went above and beyond in their service, being very accommodating and friendly. The location was excellent, right across from the train station, making it convenient for transportation. Dining options could have been better, with slightly overpriced breakfast.
